As you must know that my car has faced NEW issue with my new CYLINDER HEAD & PISTONS.

I haven't received any updates to my previous complaint & the new issue I have faced with.

I have sent you a mail on the 8th of NOV & till date there are no updates as to my repayment. I am losing my patience day by day.

I don't wish to go public with this, however your delayed response could result in the same.

I would wait till 1st of DEC 2010 for your verdict w.r.t the current issue (reason why the car is at the garage since 23rd NOV 2010) & the reimbursement of Rs. 138,116.00/-
